Our Terms and Conditions

BOOKINGS : Each booking, cancellation or changes have to be written.

RATES : All rates are net, per person, in EURO. For Holidays, Exhibitions, Conventions and other large events, most hotels require a supplement charge. (Generally between 20 and 50%).

LIABILITY : In all arrangements in this brochure, VIT Promotion acts as agent between you and the different contractors (hotels, restaurants, bus companies, sightseeing-tours, guides etc.) and therefore we do not assume any liability in case of accidents, delays or interferences not engaging our responsability.

CHANGE OF HOTEL : In case of overbooking, the Hotels reserve the right to transfer your reservation to a similar or better class hotel.

CANCELLATIONS : Cancellations free of charge can be made 8 weeks prior to travel date. (Beside other agreements). For later cancellations or no-shows any costs arising will be charged.

PAYMENTS: Prepayment. We reserve the right to cancel all reservations if we do not receive the requested amounts.

RESPONSABILITY / LIABILITY: Complaints can only be considered if they are presented on site!
